1. Service Description

Vantage 26 ("we", "our", or "us") provides luxury hospitality, ticket concierge, and VIP experience packages for the FIFA World Cup 2026. Our services include but are not limited to match tickets, premium seating arrangements, private transportation, accommodation arrangements, hospitality suites, and personal concierge services.

Vantage 26 is an independent luxury hospitality provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any of its associated entities. All tickets and hospitality packages are sourced through authorized third-party channels.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a mutually agreed deposit schedule. Payment is accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT (ERC-20 or TRC-20).

After payment is confirmed on the blockchain, you will receive a digital invoice and booking confirmation via encrypted channels. Deposit schedules, when applicable, will be outlined in your personalized booking agreement.

All prices listed on our platform are in United States Dollars (USD). The equivalent cryptocurrency amount will be calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction. You are responsible for any network transaction fees (gas fees).

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including full legal name, contact information, and any documentation required for event entry or travel arrangements.

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all entry requirements for the event venue(s), including valid identification, visas (if applicable), and adherence to venue rules and regulations. Vantage 26 is not liable for denied entry due to client non-compliance.

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

4. Restricted Region Services

Vantage 26 operates within the legal frameworks of all jurisdictions in which we provide services. We reserve the right to restrict, limit, or decline services to clients from or residing in regions subject to international sanctions, trade embargoes, or where our services may conflict with local laws.

Clients accessing our services from restricted regions do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws. We may request additional verification or documentation before processing bookings from certain jurisdictions.

By booking with Vantage 26, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. government embargo or that has been designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted parties list.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Vantage 26 brand, is the property of Vantage 26 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of our content without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage 26 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or force majeure events.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
