FIFA and the World Cup organizing committee have confirmed the halftime entertainment for the 2026 World Cup Final on July 19 at MetLife Stadium: a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration between pop icon Madonna, global superstar Shakira, and K-pop phenomenon BTS.

"This is the most ambitious halftime show in World Cup history," said FIFA President Gianni Infantino at the announcement. "Three generations of global music royalty, united for a single performance that will be watched by billions."

The Lineup

• Madonna — Performing a medley of her greatest hits including "Like a Prayer" and "Vogue," with a special World Cup-themed arrangement
• Shakira — Returning to the World Cup stage after her historic 2010 and 2014 performances, featuring "Waka Waka" and "Hips Don't Lie"
• BTS — The K-pop supergroup will perform a new single created exclusively for the World Cup, alongside fan favorites "Dynamite" and "Butter"

The three acts will collaborate on a finale mashup that organizers promise will be "unforgettable."
