16 Cities, 1 Private Jet, Zero Airport Crowds — The FIFA 2026 Ultimate Itinerary
The 2026 World Cup spans 16 cities. The US, Canada, and Mexico.
Most fans pick one city and stay there. But what if you want to see matches in multiple venues?
The answer is private aviation. And I spent 3 weeks doing it.
The Rules I Set
- I wanted to see at least one match in each host city without ever entering a commercial airport. That meant:
- Private jet between cities
- Helicopter for short hops
- Chauffeur for ground transfers
- Everything coordinated by a single concierge
The Itinerary
Week 1 — West Coast:
Vancouver (BC Place) → Los Angeles (SoFi Stadium) → San Francisco (Levi's Stadium) → Seattle (Lumen Field)
Each leg was 45-90 minutes in a Citation jet. Landed at private terminals (YVR South, VNY, KPAO, BFI). Walked from the plane to the car. No security. No queues.
The highlight: flying from Vancouver to LA at sunset. The coastline from 40,000 feet. Champagne in hand. Match that evening.
Week 2 — Central & East:
Dallas (AT&T Stadium) → Houston (NRG Stadium) → Atlanta (Mercedes-Benz) → Miami (Hard Rock Stadium) → New York (MetLife)
Longer flights — 2-3 hours each. Upgraded to a Gulfstream G280 for these legs. The flight attendant remembered my coffee order after the first flight.
Week 3 — Mexico & Canada East:
Mexico City (Estadio Azteca) → Monterrey (Estadio BBVA) → Guadalajara (Estadio Akron) → Toronto (BMO Field) → Boston (Gillette Stadium) → Kansas City (Arrowhead) → Philadelphia (Lincoln Financial Field)
This was the sprint. 7 cities in 10 days. Without the private jet, it would have been impossible.
The Cost Breakdown
Jet charter (9 flights): $62,000
Helicopter transfers (3): $8,400
Chauffeur service: $6,200
Accommodation + matches: $34,000
Total: ~$110,600 for 3 weeks, 16 cities, 12 matches.
Is that insane? Yes. But I saved roughly 80 hours of airport time.
What You Miss by Not Flying Private
Commercial to private terminal comparison:
- LAX to JFK commercial:
- Drive to LAX: 45 min
- Check-in + security: 60 min
- Boarding wait: 30 min
- Flight: 5 hours
- Baggage claim: 20 min
- Drive to Manhattan: 45 min
- Total: 8 hours 20 min
- Private (VNY to TEB):
- Drive to Van Nuys: 25 min
- Walk in + board: 10 min
- Flight: 4.5 hours
- Walk to car: 5 min
- Drive to Manhattan: 40 min
- Total: 5 hours 50 min
Saved: 2.5 hours one way. Over 16 cities, that's a full saved day.
Could You Do It Cheaper?
Yes. A light jet between nearby cities costs $4,000-7,000 per leg. If you're sharing with 3-4 friends, it's competitive with first-class commercial.
And you don't have to go to 16 cities (I'm a bit obsessive). Most clients do 3-5.
Want Your Own Itinerary?
The concierge can plan this for you. Tell them which matches you want to see and they'll route the most efficient jet itinerary.

My flight tracker app at the end was beautiful. 16 cities, all connected by thin blue lines. Looked like a spiderweb of luxury.
